About AnnaAnna (Parks) Hill lives in Jackson County, Alabama with her husband, Tyler Hill. She is a freelance designer and artist. Formerly, Anna was an elementary art teacher for Madison County School System and Youth Education Coordinator at the Dade County Library. Anna's art has been exhibited at the Huntsville Museum of Art, Lowe Mill Arts Center, Panoply Arts Festival, and UAHuntsville.
When asked about her artwork, Anna describes her work as "personal reflections". Her portraits have an illustrative quality to them-- sometimes comical, sometimes serious. Much of her work is in acrylic, but Anna loves to explore other mediums as well. In 2015, Anna received a BA in Studio Art from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She graduated with Departmental Honors in Art and Art History and received the Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Achievement in the Department of Art and Art History. |
